Package is NOT applicable to patients with gum disease or bleeding gum

This package applies to everyone - New or existing patients, with health fund or without health fund. 

Services will only be provided where clinically necessary and appropriate.

Offer covers examination (011,012), scale and clean (114) or removal of plaque (111) fluoride (121), BITE-WINGS x-rays (022 x 2) unless one or more items are deemed unsuitable for the patient, in the clinical opinion of dental practitioner.

Package DOES NOT include OPG x-ray and is an additional $98 if required.

Children 12yrs old or under will be eligible for kid’s dental check-up and clean package if they are not eligible for the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule.

Our cancellation policy apply - cancel without 48 hour notice, or no show will incur $50 fees added to your account.
