 | Meet our Principal Dentist -Dr Allison ChiuDr. Allison Chiu completed her dental degree at the University of Western Australia in 2008, where her passion for excellence in patient care and dentistry first began. After graduating, she moved to NSW and spent five years serving families in Penrith area before finding her home in Erskine Park. In 2013, she founded Erskine Park Dental, which has since grown into one of the most reputable practices in Western Sydney. Under her leadership, the clinic has proudly earned multiple national awards, a reflection of her dedication to raising the standard of dental care and marking 'Erskine Park' on the map. In 2025, the practice entered a new era with the opening of Erskine Park Dental Boutique and Implant Centre at 239 Swallow Drive—a modern, state-of-the-art space designed to provide world-class care to our small community of Erskine Park and surrounding suburbs. Dr. Chiu is deeply committed to lifelong learning. She has completed hundreds of hours of advanced training, including the prestigious UCLA/gIDE Master Implant Program at the University of California in 2010 Her clinical passion lies in orthodontics. Having trained extensively, including a two-year Orthodontics Mini Residency and two years of hands-on experience in a specialist orthodontic practice, she brings skill to the field of Invisalign and braces. For young patients, having a general dentist with orthodontic expertise is a huge advantage—ensuring care that is both comprehensive and seamless. Beyond orthodontics, Dr. Chiu has special interests in restorative implant dentistry, porcelain veneers, crown & bridge work, and full mouth rehabilitation. Her evidence-based approach ensures every patient receives treatment built on science, precision, and artistry. A former scholarship recipient of the International Association for Dental Research, Dr. Chiu’s research has been published in the Australian Journal of Forensic Science, further highlighting her dedication to academic excellence and advancing the profession.  | Dentist - Alan TrinhBDS (Syd), Grad Dip Clin Dent (Oral Implants) (Syd), MRACDS (GDP) After graduating from the University of Sydney in 2001, Dr Alan Trinh dedicated himself to addressing dental care shortages by working in rural and regional centres across NSW. During this period, he discovered his passion for oral surgery. Upon returning to Sydney, he joined the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Sydney, where he served as an Associate Lecturer and Clinical Associate for many years. Dr Trinh played a significant role in educating Sydney University graduates in Oral Surgery, particularly at Westmead Hospital. As a member of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, Dr Trinh also holds a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in Oral Implants from the University of Sydney. With over 15 years of experience, he has developed a strong reputation for his expertise in wisdom teeth extraction and implant surgery. |
 | Dentist - Dr Pairavi AthithanDr Pairavi completed her degree and honours program at the University of Adelaide and is a dedicated and compassionate dentist committed to delivering exceptional oral care. With a focus on patient comfort and comprehensive dental solutions, Dr Pairavi combines her expertise with a gentle touch. Her commitment to staying abreast of the latest advancements ensures that each patient receives the highest standard of dental care. She is able to provide a range of treatment options and has a particular interest in restorative dentistry and oral health promotion.  | Dentist - Dr William KongBDSc, GDipDent, GDipClinDent (Oral Implants) Dr William completed his Bachelor of Oral Health and Graduate Diploma of Dentistry from Griffith University in 2014. Years of dentistry have taught me the vast nature of dentistry and how absolutely important it is to everybody’s lives. Exposure and experience in multi-facet dental work has absolutely given me the skills to be able to treat you with utmost diligence. I have an amazing appreciation for the inherent differences in the patients I treat. Soft spoken and reserved in nature, she has always been the quiet achiever of this family and our dental practice. Selfless and well loved by all. A highly qualified dentist who graduated from the University of Queensland in 2008. Dr Gina Chiu is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health. With her kind and thoughtful approach, Dr Chiu carefully considers each patient’s needs. Her areas of expertise include restorative dentistry, endodontics, airway and sleep dentistry. Dr Chiu is committed to staying up to date with the latest techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care to her patients.  | Dr Rohini BansalDr. Rohini Bansal is a dedicated general dentist with over a decade of experience. She earned her DDS from the University of Colorado, USA, and has worked in multiple countries, always committed to providing top-quality dental care. Specializing in minimally invasive and aesthetic dentistry, Dr. Bansal puts patient comfort and experience first. She excels in biomimetic adhesive dentistry, inspired by renowned experts Dr. Pascal Magne and Dr. David Alleman. Since moving to Sydney in 2016, Dr. Bansal has practiced across the city, continually enhancing her skills. She has a strong passion for advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including the treatment of cracked teeth and clear aligner orthodontics. Dr. Bansal is known for her gentle chairside manner and her ability to make even the most anxious patients feel at ease.  | Oral Health Therapist - Karen To Karen is a dedicated Oral Health Therapist with experience in both metro Sydney & regional NSW, with a focus in preventive dental care and patient education. She holds a Bachelor of Oral Health (adult scope) from the University of Sydney. During her studies, Karen received the Dental Hygiene Association of Australia Prize, and the Australian Dental and Oral Health Therapists Association NSW Prize, awarded for the highest achievement in clinical and academic performance. She also received the Excellence in Aboriginal Healthcare Award for her contributions while working in regional NSW, focusing on improving oral health within Aboriginal communities. Karen particularly loves working with children and finds the most rewarding aspect of dentistry in seeing anxious patients leave the clinic with a smile and a newfound enthusiasm for dental care. Known for her gentle, easy-going approach and dedication to patient well-being, Karen strives to empower individuals to maintain optimal oral health.  | Oral Health Therapist - Gina Lek Gina is a bubbly and soft-spoken Oral Health Therapist who graduated from the University of Sydney. She is known for her gentle approach and her ability to create a calm, relaxing environment that puts patients, especially children, at ease. Passionate about both children’s dentistry and general dental care, she strives to make every appointment a positive and comfortable experience. Gina has worked across a wide range of clinics in Sydney and gained valuable experience serving the rural community of Bathurst.
